We keep the minimum amount of data: the email used to log in, test results, and texts uploaded for checking. Data is shared only with the processing services necessary for the product to work: Copyleaks Technologies (plagiarism and AI-generation text checking), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (report-text generation). Copyleaks is an independent provider of checking technology; EM Consulting is not Copyleaks's partner or an affiliated entity. Uploaded texts are not published and do not enter open databases. Emailing our support address gets your account and all data fully deleted. Test results are a directional self-assessment, not a psychological diagnosis.
